• The delivery will be charged with 4.90 EUR.
• In case of cash on delivery the delivery costs are 9.90 EUR. In addition to that DHL charges a fee of 2.00 EUR.

Europe

• The delivery will be charged with 4.90 EUR.

Worldwide

• The delivery will be charged with 15.00 EUR.

Additional costs may be charged by your State for shipments into countries outside the European Union. Please check at your local customs whether additional costs will be charged.

1. Depending on the contents of your order the delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, FedEx, Deutsche Post AG or by a forwarding company.

2. We deliver worldwide. You may inform yourself about delivery cost in the aforementioned overview.

3. For retail accounts a different set of delivery costs is applicable - we will inform you accordingly after your registration as retail account.

Experience has shown, that the duration between the arrival of the package and delivery to your address is somewhere between 24 and 72 hours (working days), (7 days for foreign countries (EU) and up to 10 days worldwide). Saturdays (with the exception of DHL as carrier of your choice within Germany), Sundays and public holidays no packages will be delivered. If an item should not be on stock or not be deliverable right away for some reason and the delivery period will be prolonged accordingly, the respective website with the product will expressly indicate this fact.
